Now available in O'Briens Fine Wines - €24 for 24 330ml bottles. Much superior to Stella, Rolling Rock and Fosters and on a par with (maybe better than) San Miguel. San Miguel holds the trump cards due to the fact that you do not require a bottle opener - twist off caps - excellent.

Have developed a real fondness for Peroni in the last few years, is it available at home and at what price.

Haven't seen the stuff anywhere. Sure you don't mean Pernod? ;D No its quite diferent from Pernod. Which reminds me of a trip to Ipswich for Alan Hunters testimonal, my brother drank a half bottle of that shit mixed with blackcurrant he then throw up over the guy next to him, who was wearing a Green White and Gold mohair jersey, which looked ridiculous with a purple sleeve. Peroni is Italian and they have i think 3 lagers and red beer in the stable so to speak, Nastro Assuro is the most common.

Warsteiner - I'd rather do a Ghandi (drink my own piss). On mature reflection, I shall now be buying a case of Warsteiner. ;D
